pelican-server cache introspect consistency

Run a cache consistency check

Synopsis

Trigger a consistency check between the database and disk.

By default runs both a metadata scan (cross-references DB entries with disk files to find orphans) and a data scan (reads and verifies checksums). Use —metadata-only or —data-only to run only one scan type.

The data scan is expensive as it reads and checksums every cached file.

Example: pelican cache introspect consistency pelican cache introspect consistency —metadata-only pelican cache introspect consistency —data-only pelican cache introspect consistency —json
